What is Agile PM?
AgilePM is a radically different approach to project management that doesn’t demand that everything is written in stone at the beginning of a project.
It focuses on developing solution incrementally to enable project teams to react effectively to changing requirements whilst empowering project personnel and encouraging increased collaboration and ownership.
AgilePM provides a holistic approach; embracing change and offering flexibility and can be used in conjunction with methods such as PRINCE2.
