What is APM?

The Association for Project Management (APM) is the largest independent professional body in Europe which is dedicated to project and programme management.

APM Project Fundamentals – 2 days

This option is an unscheduled course but can be offered on an open class basis or in company – Please contact us for further details.

This 2 day qualification is relevant for anyone with little or no previous project management experience wishing to learn essential project management terminology and common language.

You will equip yourself, through real world examples and case studies, with core project management tools and techniques.

 


APM Project Management Qualification – 5 days

The APM Project Management Qualification is an internationally recognised 5 day project management qualification. The course is aimed at project managers, aspiring project managers or project personnel seeking a professional qualification.

The qualification assesses all areas of project management, from strategic and commercial implications of their role, to the technical, organisational and people management skills required to participate effectively within a project team. Real world examples and case study exercises are used to accelerate learning.


APM Project Management Qualification (P2 Practitioners route) – 3 days

Is a fast- track APM Project Management Qualification that enables those project managers with a PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification, gained within the last 5 Years, to acquire the APM Project Management qualification via a 3 day intensive format.

Adding this qualification to your CV will broaden your project management knowledge and capabilities beyond the principles, themes and framework of running a project within a PRINCE2 project management environment.

APM Project Fundamentals – 2 days

 To achieve the APM Project Fundamentals certification, you must achieve a minimum pass mark of 60% .

You will sit a 1 hour multiple choice paper.

  • Closed book
  • A total of 60 questions

APM Project Management Qualification – 5 days

The APM Project Management Qualification exam lasts 3 hours and consists of 10 questions answered from a choice of 16.

Candidates need to achieve a minimum pass mark of 55%.

This is a closed book exam, so you won’t be allowed to have the official APM manual with you.


APM Project Management Qualification (P2 Practitioners route) – 3 days

  • To achieve the fast track APM Project Management Qualification, you must achieve a minimum pass mark of 55%.
  • There is a 2 hour closed book exam held at the end of the Day 3 of the course.
