What is Coaching & Mentoring ?

“ Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn ”

Benjamin Franklin

ILM regard coaching as “a particularly powerful tool in the modern workplace, helping managers get the most from their teams, boosting employee engagement and developing high performing workplaces”.

Coaching enables individuals to become ‘unstuck’ from traditional modes of thinking and consider new perspectives.

Our ILM Coaching & Mentoring qualifications at Levels 5 & 7 are increasingly becoming recognised as critical to managerial and organisational development, they will equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence you need to perform effectively.

If you’re employed by the public services, you may be able to access a bursary from Academi Wales: https://academiwales.gov.wales/
