Project management has become indispensable to organisations of all sizes; however, no two use the practice in the same way. With a whole host of options, it’s hard to know what methodology to adopt within your business, and how you should invest in your staff.
To help project managers and HR professionals understand different approaches and some of the most popular project management courses, the University of South Wales Commercial Services is holding a Project Management Roadshow.
The Project Management Roadshow will give you an insight into the latest tools and techniques used throughout the industry, and leave you feeling confident about which direction you want to take project management within your organisation.
Running from 9.30am – 4pm on 12th January 2018, the day starts with an AgilePM overview and presentation, followed by a Change Management overview and presentation, both delivered by an APMG product manager.
The day will then become much more practical, with AgilePM, Change Management, PRINCE2 2017 and Better Business Cases taster sessions, delivered by two of our leading facilitators, Miles Huckle and Stefan Sanchez.
The roadshow will take place at our Conference Centre, on the USW Treforest Campus, and will be a completely free event with lunch included.
Miles Huckle said: “The Project Management Roadshow is an excellent opportunity for individuals to get their head around the sometimes complex themes, principles and processes of each project management approach.
“The day is broken up into short, easy-to-digest sessions to allow delegates to easily absorb a wide range of information.”
